To redeem myself from yesterdays dairy slip-up, today I decided to make something completely Paleo. I roasted a chicken with root vegetables. Aren’t you proud of me? It tastes as beautiful as it looks, THAT’S WHAT HE SAID! haha wow. Its been a long day. Bon appetit and enjoy the crispy skin!
