Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon and Spinach

Look how dedicated I am. Even though I am on vacation, I will still manage to chronicle the delicious eats that I found in beautiful Bermuda! Pretty much every morning I had the same breakfast. Now cut me some slack, I was on vacay! The fruit smoothies were just too great to turn away and I just know they weren’t made with almond milk. Ah well! Oh ya and you see that piece of bread below the egg? I did not eat it, that’s a promise! I loooove Eggs Benedict, probably my favourite breakfast food. This one was great, with smoked salmon, capers, spinach and béarnaise sauce! Of course, a breakfast is never complete without meat (wow, that sounds like a great marketing campaign!) The only condiment I ever eat with breakfast is mustard. Oh, how I love mustard!
