You can probably already tell from my last name that I am half Polish. I feel like I make any meal Polish by adding beets and pickles from the Polish Deli. My dad always added a generous amount of onions and mushrooms to any steak, like father like daughter! I also like the taste of horseradish with any beef dish. It just adds that extra something, not that steak needs anything else to improve but that’s another conversation. Steak and salad is such a go-to meal for me, its sometimes great to add some extras to change it up a bit!
