Red meat time! I know you’re supposed to limit your intake of this delectable entrée but sometimes I can eat red meat more than 3 times a week. Do not follow in my footsteps, what a bad influence I am. This isn’t only something I do in my own kitchen but almost a tradition any time that I dine out. I had a co-worker once ask me, would you order steak at a restaurant when you can cook it at home just as well? To which I blatantly answered “I JUST LOVE MEAT”. hahahah That may not have sounded so great broadcast across the cubicles but hey, its true! Its not all bad, these maple glazed carrots are pretty healthy but not 100% Paleo since they do have sugar added but they will please the most finicky vegetable hater!
