When you want to switch things up a bit, place your protein on a stick! Nothing says summer like a grilled kabob with a nice dipping sauce on the side. In this instance, I made my Mom’s famous garlic mayonnaise which requires that EVERYONE at the table eats so no one is self-conscious about the garlic breath. I also included my summer staple, a nice salad. This time with some toasted almonds, sliced strawberries and a light balsamic vinaigrette. Tasty!
