Almond flour and Cajun spice Crusted Tilapia


Sometimes I like to trick the vegetable hater into thinking we are having a non-Paleo meal (as if!) Almond flour always helps to accomplish this and when combined with cajun spice to “bread” something, it is always delicious. I also made some tartar sauce because one cannot eat fish without some type of sauce and I also prepared a fresh salad on the side.
