Seared Rack of Lamb with Brown Butter and Garlic Sauce

Believe it or not but not only is this the first time that I have prepared lamb but it is also the first time that I have TRIED it! I am not sure how this happened, as my parents cooked it quite often but here we are! Vegetable hater and I were grocery shopping and he picked up a pack of lamb chops and asked if I could make it. Well of course I can! I chose to pan sear it in order to make a nice sauce to drizzle over top and it turned out great. I accompanied it with some salad and haricot vert with toasted almonds for myself and some couscous and salad for the vegetable hater.
