I love sausage night! Ok, that sounded a little different than what I imagined in my head. Anyways… I thought it was a good time to fire up the grill tonight and, can you believe it, vegetable hater is going to bbq tonight! He may have gotten a little distracted because if you can notice again the strategically placed vegetables on top to try to distract from the burned areas, haha. Im kind of happy because it was not me this time! On another note, we cannot eat sausages without some grilled peppers and onions on top. I like to make then extra special by shaking some Montreal Steak Spice while I am sautéing the peppers in avocado oil. It adds a nice zing to the already spicy sausages.
