Here is another dish that can easily accommodate a vegetarian but of course I ruined that thought by adding bacon. These mushrooms were so filling that I could only finish one (yay, don’t need to make a lunch for tomorrow!) To make these, I looked into the fridge to see what food I had that would go well with the mushrooms, you can really get creative here. I added tomatoes, sautéed spinach, onions and garlic, cheese and some bacon. Mmm-mm!!
