Polish Charcuterie

Ahhhh Sunday afternoon, a day where we spend most of the time in our loungers, watching movies and grazing more than eating actual meals. Is there any better feeling? Before you start judging, I DID get dressed for about an hour while seeing off my family who had spent the night but as soon as they left, it was back on with the velour pants and oversized T. Nothing complements the utter relaxation that I am currently enjoying more than a charcuterie. For today, this includes garlicky dill pickles, soft brie, fried kielbasa cyganska (or “gypsy sausage” as my father affectionately refers to it as), briny almond-stuffed olives and some spicy chipotle cheddar. Oh boy, I just made myself hungry again and we just finished that entire plate….
