Egg Salad wrapped in Herbed Almond Flour Tortillas

Wow, my mind has just been blown! I have created the perfect recipe for Paleo tortillas, flatbread, crackers… the possibilities are endless! It all started with an intense craving for egg salad. Even though the romaine heart is my usual vessel for egg salad, I wanted to shake things up today and I wondered if I could make something with almond flour. As I peered into my cupboard, I noticed I only had about a cup left, so I couldn’t screw this up, I had to get it right the first time! I made a normal “dough” and rolled it out, then for some extra flavor, I added some dill and garlic pepper into it. It did not take long at all to cook and then I wrapped the egg salad and created this masterpiece! That hit the spot 😁
