Oh my, what’s a Paleo Princess to do when she craves a good ol’ fashioned tuna salad sandwich? I wouldn’t feel good about myself if I carb-lapsed (lol) so bread is not an option. I could top it on some lettuce or wrap it in romaine hearts but I feel like something more substantial. I know! How about I bring out my recently learned almond bread recipe?! Perfect! I also made a nice salad with toasted almonds and strawberries with a balsamic dressing to complement the sandwich.
