I am at odds of how I should classify this meal… Is it dining out, or a home cooked meal? Maybe I’ll choose both since I did somewhat prepare the meat. Vegetable Hater went to a hockey game on Tuesday night sans me 😦 but he did bring me home some memorabilia and a big, honkin’ slab of smoked meat from one of the premier smoked meat restaurants in Montreal! I’ll take it!! It was very easy to prepare (hence my categorizing predicament) since it was already smoked and I just had to steam it for about half an hour. Mmm-mm! Tastes just as good as it would have at the restaurant and I get to enjoy it in the comfort of my own home!
