For me, Sundays seem to be synonymous with snacking. There aren’t that many go-to Paleo ‘snacks’ that you can grab from the cupboard like you would with junk food. Even at the grocery store, some things that may looks healthy are usually deceiving. For example, vegetable chips. I have seen tons of different kinds, both in the organic section and in the normal chip aisle. One commonality I found between all the different types was that they all included a loooooooong lost of ingredients, which I try to avoid. That is why making meals and snacks at home is always preferable. You know exactly what is going into it. I seasoned these ones with some dill, sea salt and vinegar and they tasted delicious!
