Oh my, the recipe for these two-ingredient pancakes is so easy! You might even say it’s as easy as a Sunday morning 😁 There are many ways you could dress these up, you could add fruit or maybe some dark chocolate chips but then you would have to change the name to 3 or 4 ingredient pancakes and that just doesn’t have the same ring to it. Of course, breakfast isn’t the same without so a delicious protein, namely BACON, so I fried some up with a couple sausages. Next time I will cook less because these pancakes were filling. Guess I won’t be eating until dinner time! Also, think twice before adding syrup. The combination of the eggs and banana is already very sweet, if you add maple syrup on top it may be a little overkill. Let me know what your favorite ingredient to add to pancakes is, I think next time I’ll try the dark chocolate chips!
