The last dinner of my Dallas business trip. It is bittersweet, I am happy to get back home but I will miss all the great food and warm weather of Texas. For this meal, I decided to go a little lighter with some fish after all of the heavier dishes that I have been eating this week. This salmon has a Texan spin on it though with a tangy and sweet cherry chipotle glaze. Very good, I will definitely be trying to replicate this one at home!
