Who doesn’t like butter? Want to make the best butter you have ever tasted? Why not experiment with different herbs and spices to create a sumptuous compound butter that can be used to spread on a hot cob of corn or sliced and placed to melt on a big fat steak! Compound butters are very easy to make and you can tailor them to your preferences and meal plans. The only caveat is that it does require some preparation because the butter will need a couple of hours to re-firm up in the refrigerator. Oh but it is worth it! I know some of you hardcore Paleoers may be shaking your head at the usage of dairy but I don’t see the harm in indulging once and a while 😁
