Bacon-stuffed Porkchops

Double protein alert!! One of my favourite combinations too; pork stuffed with more pork. Everyone loves a good porkchop but sometimes it can get a little bit mundane. That’s why I decided to shake it up today by stuffing this juicy porkchop with cheese, sautéed bacon and onions. I used some Cajun seasoning to make a nice crust while grilling and it added some finger-licking flavor. With such a succulent meal, there is a necessity to add a side that will bring some freshness and acidity to the dish. I decided my summer salad would be a great pairing and we were not disappointed! YUM! But a meal like this is made for eating outside, so grab your patio chair and relax in the sunshine while enjoying this delicious meal!
