Grilled homemade burgers have got to be one of my favourite meals. They are perfect to make during the week because they are quick to prepare and to cook. Today I was craving some spice in my life so I decided to incorporate my go to spice: Cajun! Not only did I sprinkle a healthy amount into my ground beef mix but I also used some in my caramelized onion and shiitake mushroom sautée. mmmmm… I’m already getting hungry for another one! You already know that Vegetable Hater opted for the bun and about 6 different condiments but of course, I went bunless and used my number one healthy and tangy topper: mustard! I also melted a nice slice of Swiss cheese on top for a little treat, I’ve been good today. 😁 Get grilling!!
