Seasonal Greens with Fresh Vegetables, Sweet and Spicy Pecans and Blue Cheese

I am not quite sure why this meal involved two starters but hey, I will never complain about an abundance of delicious food! Also these portions were not huge so it worked out. This leafy salad was a great compliment to the melon and prosciutto number that it was served with. I love crumbly blue cheese, especially when it is combined with pecans that taste candied with a little kick! A simple vinaigrette is what it was served with but honestly I could have eaten this salad bare, that’s how good it was! I’m ready for my main course now 😁
