Mmmmmm burgers, I love them big, fat and juicy! I also like to switch it up sometimes and flavor the ground beef differently. Today, I noticed that I had some leftover cilantro in the fridge and I thought that would bring a nice fresh flavour to the patty. I also enhanced it with a ton of chopped sweet onions and some ground beef seasoning. A burger is only as good as it’s toppings and that’s also something that I like to get creative with. I just adore the mixture of salty with a rich and creamy cheese so I brought out one of my older recipes; crispy prosciutto chips! This layered over top of the melty brie was a delight and so sinful that I didn’t even crave a dessert afterwards. I know cheese isn’t the most Paleo ingredient in the world but it also isn’t the worst cheat either. So live it up and treat yourself every once and a while.
