The night before I ate this delicious meal, I had eaten a big fat steak. So for this dinner I decided to go a bit lighter and enjoy some seafood. I started off on the right foot with this bright and fresh tuna tartare. The addition of similarly-diced avocado was brilliant and added a much appreciated creamy and rich texture. Don’t mind the chips on the side, I don’t need a cracker or chip to enjoy my tartare, just a fork and a generous squeeze of lime will do!
