If you want a delicious meal that will fill your house with an amazing aroma, look no further! Prior to my Paleo days, I had a very unhealthy obsession with jalapeño poppers, the deep fried and breaded version, mmmmm. Of course, I had to dip each bite in some type of sauce, either sour cream or a processed marinara. Oh how times have changed! A coworker had mentioned to me that she was preparing a chicken and jalapeño dish reminiscent of a popper, I was intrigued. I wondered if there was a way to paleoize this recipe so that I can enjoy a guilt-free and delicious dinner. Using my arsenal of Paleoizing products, I found a way! The one caveat is that I did use cheese but that is something that I am okay with once and a while and let’s be serious, there’s no way we can channel a jalapeño popper without the cheese! Why not go all out and use multiple cheeses? I chose cream cheese and mozzarella- delicious. There was not even a need for a dipping sauce, this popper protégé was perfect on its own.
