Sautéed Baby Bok Choy

I’m not going to lie, I totally stole this recipe from my father but it’s okay, I have the permission to post! This is a very simple side to prepare but the flavours are very bold and complex. Chinese cabbage is very versatile but the way that I like it best is when it’s wilted with some oil, garlic and spices, it can pretty much go with anything! So when Vegetable Hater said that he wanted orzo with the roast tonight, I was secretly excited because that meant I could prepare any vegetable dish that I wanted. Baby bok choy was a clear winner, since I had just bought a bag after sampling some that my dad had prepared a couple of days ago. So tasty and good for you too!
