It’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed our favourite side so tonight I decided to jazz up the fries a little with some fresh garlic brushed overtop right before they were ready. It added a nice zing to the recipe and we both ate some so there were no complaints of garlic breath. To accentuate the sweet potato fries, I seasoned a pork tenderloin with sage, salt and pepper and sautéed it in slices so that it only took about ten minutes to cook. Vegetable Hater was hungry today since he was busy plowing neighbours driveways since we got a healthy dumping of about 20 cms of snow today. Oh Canada!
