After eating that rich and delicious pork belly, I felt that I needed something a bit lighter for my main. Fish is something that I try to order often when dining out since it isn’t one of Vegetable Haters favourites at home. Who can resist a filet of fish that is pan seared in brown butter, lightly seasoned and topped with a creamy béarnaise? To keep this as Paleo as possible, I doubled up on the veg and I lucked out as it turned out to be asparagus, one of my favourites and also something that I don’t get to indulge in at home. All in all, this was the perfect Paleo Birthday dinner. I won’t mention what they brought me for dessert though… Don’t worry, I only had one celebratory bite.
