Steak, Veggie and Pineapple Shishkabobs

It has been a while since I have enjoyed a good steak, so when I peered into the freezer this morning to pick out tonight’s dinner, I couldn’t resist the ribeyes! Once they were defrosted, I created a marinade of basically whatever jumped out at me in the fridge and allowed it to penetrate the meat for about eight hours. Once it came close to dinner time, I prepped the veggies and when I saw the pineapple, I thought what a great addition to add some sweet tartness to the skewers! Oh my, was it ever a great accompaniment to the savoury steak and vegetables.

As long as you prep the meat well in advance, this is a very easy dish to create. You can add whatever fruits and vegetables that you have on hand and it takes less than 10 minutes to grill after you have assembled. I decided to pair this main with a fresh garden salad and Vegetable Hater managed to plow through three skewers. So I believe it was another job well done for the Paleo Princess! 👸🏼
