Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit Popsicles

If you’re anything like me, you have a sweet tooth tha just won’t quit! Good thing there are some Paleo substitutions for sugar that work quite well, such as agave syrup, honey and even naturally sweet foods like fruit or dates. This sweet treat combines two of these sweeteners; fruit and agave syrup to make a guilt-free and cool snack (or even meal replacement) for these warm summer days.

They are very easy to create and you can really get creative with the ingredients. If you aren’t a fan of agave, you have use honey to sweeten or just leave it up to the fruit. I used Greek yogurt, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and raspberries but the different flavour combinations are endless! The toughest part of this dessert is the waiting that you have to to for them to freeze properly. After about five hours I tested them out and they didn’t adhere to the Popsicle sticks. I begrudgingly let them stay in the freezer overnight (I so wanted to try them!) and when I woke up this morning they were perfect! A nice little breakfast, I must say 😁
