Egg Salad Lettuce Cups

Oh how I love a good egg salad every once and a while. I love my egg salad with copious amounts of dill and capers, dusted with smoked paprika and, of course, breadless! 😁 While most of the time I use romaine lettuce hearts for my breadless vessel, today I decided to use some Boston lettuce cups: delicious and simple. I love the brineiness that the capers bring and I like to also add some chopped up celery for a little bit of crunch. 

I know that there are so many ways to make egg salad. What are some of your additions for making this easy dish unique?
