Grilled Rosemary Crusted Lamb with a Honey-mustard Dipping Sauce

I have prepared lamb in numerous ways but one of my definite favourite methods is grilling it up on the bbq. There’s something so scrumptious about the smoky flavour that it imparts into the juicy meat that just leaves me salivating! I also love how quick and easy it is to grill, as opposed to roasting a whole rack.

All it took was a little butchering, seasoning and then grilling, all of which was completed in less than 15 minutes. Recipes don’t have to be super complex to be delicious. Try out this recipe and see for yourself!
