Pulled Pork Lettuce Cups with Creamy Coleslaw 

Who needs bread anyways? I made some saucy slow cooker pulled pork today and piled it on some crunchy Boston lettuce. I then topped it with some creamy coleslaw to tame the head and add a nice veggie crunch. The best part about lettuce cups are that it lets the main ingredient shine instead of being masked by a thick bread bun.
