Another day, another salad. It’s kind of weird how much enjoyment I get out of eating a salad and it’s not because I know that it’s so good for me, I just love the taste! Fresh and crisp vegetables, a savoury protein and a bright and tangy homemade dressing, what’s not to love?
This dressing is a new addition to my cooking arsenal. It is the one that I posted about last week when I was trying to duplicate the one from my favourite Greek restaurant. It has quickly became my favourite and I’m trying think of other ways to incorporate it into my meal planning beside drizzling it on a salad. Any ideas??
