Mediterranean Six-bean Salad

So, like I said yesterday, I have been on a salad kick as of late. After making that delicious southern corn salad yesterday, I had some black beans leftover ao I decided to incorporate them into my six-bean salad tonight. I added some Mediterranean flavours like olives, feta and red onions with a bold Greek dressing. Yum! This salad is also filling enough to act as a whole meal, so if you don’t see a lunch post tomorrow, you know the reason! 😝
