Bacon and Blistered Tomato Arugula salad with a warm Bacon Balsamic 

Every time that I create a new salad, I am amazed because it seems like they just keep getting more and more delicious. I think I have almost perfected my balsamic base, so when I create little variations, my tastebuds go crazy! The variation that I tried today was pouring a little bit of the warm bacon fat. Oh. My. God. How fantastic! I also think that an integral part of any balsamic dressing is a copious amount of minced garlic and a big squeeze of fresh lemon.

I was pretty hungry today so I decided to add not only bacon but also an egg to my salad. I must say, I am perfectly satiated after this lunch. Give it a try! 😁
