Italian Omelette

Ingredients

Eggs

Avocado oil

Fresh dill

Salt & pepper

Milk

Italian cold cuts (I used sopresetta and spicy calabrese)

Mushrooms

Spring onions

Directions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, dill and salt and pepper

Preheat pan on skillet over low-medium heat and add avocado oil

Pour in the egg mixture and add the rest of the ingredients

When egg is 80% cooked, fold in half.

Enjoy!
