Portobello Mushroom Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

Portobello mushroom

Egg

Tomato

Red onion

Goat cheese

Lettuce

Salt & pepper

Balsamic vinegar

Avocado oil

Directions

Marinate the mushroom in olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

Grill for approximately 10 minutes

Chop vegetables and fry the egg

Assemble sandwich and enjoy!
