- 3 pd Roast
- 6 cloves garlic, slivered
- Worchester sauce
- Veg Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 500.
- Mix oil, herbs and Dijon together.
- Slit roast and add sliced cloves.
- Rub Worchester all over roast, then salt and pepper. Then add rub.
- Place roast in dish, do not add water and do not cover
- Throw in oven and decrease heat to 475 for 21 minutes. Turn off the oven and let sit for 2 ½ hours. DO NOT OPEN the oven until the time is up, you do not want the heat to escape.
