Sausage stuffed Flank Steak

Ingredients

Flank steak

Ground sausage (I choose spicy!)

Almond flour

1 egg

Hamburger seasoning

BBQ sauce of choice

Parsley

Directions

Slice the flank steak into strips that will be able to wrap around a hamburger-sized sausage patty.

In a bowl, mix sausage with egg and almond flour to bind. Add in any spices that you would like, I use an all-purpose hamburger seasoning.

Fashion the sausage into burger-sized patties and wrap with the flank steak. Secure with a moistened toothpick and grill until sausage is cooked through.

Brush with bbq sauce of your choice and enjoy!
