Steak, Veggie and Pineapple Shishkabobs

Ingredients:

Steak marinade:

Avocado oil

Aminos

Whole grain mustard

Garlic

Red pepper flakes

Sea salt & pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Kabobs:

Steak (I used ribeye)

Green & red peppers

Red onions

Pineapple

Mushrooms

Directions:

Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over steak in a large ziploc bag. Allow to refrigerate for approximately 8 hours.

Slice vegetables, pineapple and steak to large cubes which will fit onto skewer.

Brush remaining marinade over assembled skewers and place on grill.

Grill for approximately 8 minutes, turning a few times.
