Thyme and Pepper crusted Beef Tenderloin

2012 12 09 Thyme and pepper crusted beef tenderloin, maple glazed carrots and Caesar salad

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Beef tenderloin medallions

 

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in cast iron pan.
  • Crust medallions with lots of thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Cook about 4 mins each side (depending on thickness).
