Veal Parmesan

Ingredients

  • Veal cutlets, pounded thin
  • Almond flour
  • Italian seasoning
  • Eggs
  • Scallions
  • Cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Avocado oil

Directions

  • Turn broiler on in oven
  • Heat oil in large skillet
  • Dredge veal in egg mixture then breadcrumbs and repreat
  • Place into oil and fry until golden brown
  • Top with tomato sauce, cheese and scallions and place in oven until cheese is melted
  • Serve and enjoy!
