Cajun spiced Almond flour and Coconut crusted Chicken Fingers

2013 10 26 Cajun spiced almond flour and coconut crusted chicken fingers



  • Chicken breasts
  • Cajun spice
  • Almond flour
  • Eggs
  • Shredded coconut


  • Preheat oven to Preheat to 375
  •  Fill one mixing bowl with the flour, coconut and Cajun spice and another with the whisked eggs
  • Slice chicken into strips and dredge in the eggs then flour mix
  • Bake chicken for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
