Spicy Thai Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Avocado oil

Scallions

Water chestnuts

Edamame

Baby corns

Carrots

Ginger

Garlic

Cashews

Quinoa

Mirin

Liquid aminos

Fish sauce

Red pepper flakes

Directions:

Cook quinoa as directed.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger and garlic.

Slice and add the chicken in oil.

Add the vegetables and fry until chicken is cooked.

Combine the sauce using the last four ingredients.

Add sauce to pan and continue to cook.

Plate quinoa and top with stirfy.
