Three Cheese Jalapeno Popper Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken breast

Cream cheese

Diced jalapeño (I used pickled)

Shredded mozzarella

Salt & pepper

Almond flour

Mayonnaise

Italian spice

Parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Pound out the breasts until they are flat.

Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, jalapeño, salt & pepper in small dish

Spread mixture onto breast and roll into roulade.

Combine almond flour, salt & pepper, italian spice and parmesan on a plate.

Cover roulade with mayo and roll into almond flour mixture.

Place on baking sheet and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
