Grilled Rosemary Crusted Lamb with a Honey-mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Rack of lamb

Rosemary

Avocado Oil

Salt & pepper

Honey

Yellow mustard

Directions

Slice and french the lamb rack into individual chops.

Season with olive oil, salt & pepper and rosemary.

Set on medium temperature grill for about 3 minutes a side or until desired doneness.

Combine honey and mustard to create dipping sauce.
