Apple slaw Ingredients
Apples (any type)
Celery
Carrots
Parsley
Mayonaise
Red wine vinegar
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Directions
Slice apples, celery and carrots into matchsticks. For the celery, I used a peeler to take off the first layer, this makes the celery less stringy. Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour over cut vegetables and fruits. Toss and enjoy!
Lamb chops ingredients
Lamb chops seasoned to your liking
Directions
Add avocado oil to a preheated cast iron skillet. Once warm, add seasoned lamb chops. Cook for approximately 4 minutes per side depending on thickness, turning only once. Take lamb off the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
