Chipotle Chops with a Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:

Tin of chipotle peppers and sauce

Garlic

Tomato paste

Lime juice

Orange juice

Orange zest

Oregano

Avocado oil

Chicken Stock

Porkchops

Tomatillos

Roasted corn

Red onions

Directions:

Create marinade by combining the first 9 ingredients and simmering for about 15 minutes.

Blend in blender and marinate the chops for at least 2 hours.

Grill chops to desired doneness.

Chop tomatillos and onions and combine with roasted corn, lime juice and salt and pepper.

Top salsa over porkchop and enjoy!
