- 4 boneless pork chops, fat trimmed
- 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
- Almond flour
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 450
- Rub mustard on pork chops. Combine almond flour and spices in a bowl and pat onto chops
- Add oil to a heated pan and and add pork chops, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Turn pork over and place skillet in oven for about 8 minutes
