Herb and Whole Grain Mustard “Breaded” Porkchops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, fat trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • Almond flour
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  •  Olive oil

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Rub mustard on pork chops. Combine almond flour and spices in a bowl and pat onto chops
  • Add oil to a heated pan and and add pork chops, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Turn pork over and place skillet in oven for about 8 minutes
