Teriyaki glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • Pork chops
  • Salt & pepper
  • Avocado oil
  • Ginger
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Soya Sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic powder

Preparation

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Mix together rest of ingredients to make the marinade and pour into a large Ziploc bag and add chops
  • Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • Take out and cook on medium heat in a cast iron skillet until desired doneness. Enjoy!
