Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

Mushrooms

Chicken stock

Avocado oil

Coconut milk

Onions

Garlic

Jalapeno

Pepper

Italian spice

Directions:

Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add mushrooms, onions, garlic and jalapenos.

Sautee until mushrooms are browned and then add in stock and coconut milk.

Season with pepper and italian spice and allow to simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Blend with immersion mixer and enjoy 🙂
